Welcome to PeopleWiring. Using or registering for peoplewiring.com ("the Website") requires your agreement to these terms and conditions ("Agreement"). If you do not agree to the terms below, you are not authorized to access or use the Website or its services.
The parties to this Agreement are you ("you", sometimes "Subscriber") and PeopleWiring, owned and operated by Emparise Ltd. "We" and "us" refer to Emparise Ltd and its operators. By accessing the Website, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
Member refers to a Subscriber holding a valid login for the Website. Access rights refer to the username and password combination that make up a license to use the Website for a specified period.
PeopleWiring provides one access right per Subscriber to the platform and its content, under the plan selected and paid for (Self or Connected).
We offer support by email at support@peoplewiring.com. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
Subscription fees are due at signup and renew automatically each month at the rate shown on our pricing page for your selected plan, unless cancelled as described below. Charges will appear on your card or bank statement as "PeopleWiring" or "Emparise Ltd".
Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 3 days before the next renewal date. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for recurring fees.
Under EU/UK consumer protection law, you may cancel and request a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not started using the assessment. After this cooling-off period, refunds are generally not available for partially used subscription periods. You can cancel anytime from your account settings or by emailing support@peoplewiring.com; you keep access until the end of your paid term.
If you have a billing question or believe you were charged in error, please contact us first at support@peoplewiring.com so we can resolve it directly. Filing a chargeback for services that were provided and used, without first contacting us, may result in account suspension.
We'll try to resolve any dispute directly. Where that isn't possible, disputes are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the law of your country of residence.
All content on the Website — including assessment questions, scoring methodology, and design — is owned by Emparise Ltd. You're granted a limited, personal, non-commercial license to use it. Reselling, scraping, or redistributing content is prohibited and may result in account termination without refund.
Your login must not be shared with others. You're responsible for activity on your account until you notify us of unauthorized use.
After your account is cancelled or deleted, associated data is retained for up to 90 days to allow for reactivation or data export requests, then permanently deleted, unless a longer period is required by law.
The Service is provided "as is." PeopleWiring is a self-insight tool, not a medical or diagnostic service, and we make no guarantee about specific outcomes from using it.
The Website may link to third-party sites. We don't endorse or take responsibility for their content or practices.
We may update this Agreement from time to time. Material changes affecting your rights or the price you pay will be notified by email with at least 30 days' notice, during which you may cancel.
